Getting Closer...

I feel like we've been close to moving in for months!

I can't tell you how excited I am to be
spending my summer at the Villa.
Why do the finishing touches always take so long?

After a year and a half of weeknights and weekends of remodeling
 this last part is like an eternity for me.
It has also been the best part.  I guess I may as well enjoy it.

Hardware for the front door. Next comes exterior lights!

range hood and crown molding...

glass doors...

island...

even the pantry door is in!

After the countertop instalation on May 2nd
 we can finish the kitchen by installing the appliances.
In the meantime...

 I'm sure we'll find something to do.
